  Dubai Business Strategy (8 views)

Im currently reviewing different ways to grow my company in Dubai and have realized that simply opening an entity is probably not enough to build a sustainable operation. Id like to understand the local market, potential customer segments, and practical steps for establishing a presence. Has anyone used a consultancy that provides this kind of business development support?

Organizing a meeting in Dubai sounded easy until I actually had to find a suitable place for it. I wanted somewhere that looked professional but did not feel excessively formal, and I also needed reliable internet and presentation equipment. My first idea was to use a hotel, but I eventually decided that a dedicated business center would probably be more practical. I came across SORP while comparing meeting facilities and spent some time checking the different rooms available there. The center is located in Barsha Heights, which worked well for the people attending because it is close to Dubai Internet City Metro Station. I also appreciated that parking was available, as not everyone was planning to arrive by metro. I went through https://sorp.ae/en/meeting-room-dubai/ before contacting them, mainly because I wanted to understand which room would suit the number of participants. There are several options, including smaller meeting rooms, a boardroom, a mini conference room, and a larger multifunctional space. That variety made the decision easier because I did not have to book a huge room for a relatively small group. During the meeting, I found the practical facilities more useful than anything decorative. We had access to Wi-Fi, a smart screen, a whiteboard, and technical assistance when necessary. Coffee and water were also available, so there was less for me to coordinate separately. I ended up using the room for a short business discussion, and the process was much simpler than arranging a full office or event venue.
