I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. My 2017 CTS died on me completely out of nowhere yesterday – no slow crank, no warning lights, just parked it for fifteen minutes and came back to a completely dead car. Had to get a jump just to get home. I've been reading up on it and apparently newer Cadillacs can have all sorts of computer issues if the battery isn't swapped properly, like losing radio codes or throwing false error messages. I really don't want to take it to a random general garage that might mess something up. Does anyone know of actual Cadillac battery replacement specialists in Sharjah who understand these cars and know how to do the swap without triggering a bunch of electrical headaches? I'm fine paying a bit more if they're reliable and have experience with American luxury models. Just don't want to end up with more problems than I started with. Any recommendations would be a huge help.
