I've recently started playing Among Us again after a long break, and I feel like the game still has its charm in the act of catching lies and reading other players' behavior. But I'm wondering if it's still fun in 2026 in random rooms, or if Among Us is actually most fun when playing with a group of friends who communicate constantly.



What I like is that each round feels different. Some games focus on quietly completing tasks, some require constantly observing other players' movements, and some end with huge plot twists. But at the same time, if I encounter a room where people frequently leave mid-game or don't communicate much, it significantly reduces the fun.



So I'd like to ask for opinions from the forum members:



Does anyone still play Among Us regularly?

Between playing with friends vs. playing with random players, which is more fun for you?

Are there any modes, maps, or house rules that could bring the game back to life?



I'm really curious to know if everyone still considers Among Us a fun social deduction game, or if other games have replaced it.
