We are planning to hand over our website and marketing to a single agency instead of three separate contractors. Has anyone here worked with a full service digital agency and what did you check before signing anything?

I have been going through agency websites for a couple of weeks now and the hardest part is telling real capability from nice wording. Almost all of them list custom software, website development and SEO on one page, so I try to look at how each service is explained rather than at the slogans. One of the options I saved was Enginuity, and if anyone wants to see the structure I mean, this link shows how the services are split. What I still cannot judge properly is how to compare pricing when the scope is that broad, and how much reporting is normal to expect on the SEO side. For now I am comparing three agencies and reading their terms carefully before deciding anything.
