Urus with weird Carfax gap, anyone dealt with this before? (8 views)

I'm literally staring at a 2021 Urus in Verde Mantis that's up for sale from a private owner in Emirates Hills and my heart is saying yes but my brain is doing that thing where it replays every single supercar horror story I've ever scrolled past on Instagram. The guy sent me a video of the cold start and it sounds absolutely mental, plus he swears it's been babied and only used for school runs which I want to believe but the Carfax shows a six month gap in any recorded history after it was originally sold by the dealer here and I'm just trying to figure out if it was sitting in a body shop somewhere getting a new front bumper or if the previous owner simply didn't log his oil changes at some random garage. My biggest fear with these cars in this region isn't the engine blowing up because it's basically an Audi RSQ8 underneath, it's the stupid stuff like the air suspension struts leaking or the infotainment screen glitching out from the heat which costs more to fix than a whole year's salary for most people. I saw a reference to aPre Purchase Lamborghini Inspection Dubai service on a WhatsApp group for local car enthusiasts and apparently they pull the ECU data to see if the launch control has been used every single time the car left a parking lot which is probably a pretty good indicator of how hard it's actually been driven. I'm just trying to avoid being the guy who posts a follow up thread six months from now titled "Should I just sell my Urus for parts or is there a cheaper way to fix this nightmare" so any wisdom from folks who've navigated the used exotic market here would be massively appreciated.
